Terms and Conditions – Cosmetic Injectables
Welcome to N•ject Studio. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment through our clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Medical Disclaimer
All treatments provided are non-surgical cosmetic procedures performed by a trained and qualified practitioner. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. All services are provided based on clinical assessment and individual suitability.
Anti-wrinkle injections are Prescription-Only Medicines and require consultation with an authorised prescriber.
You must be over 18 years of age to receive injectable treatments.
We reserve the right to decline or defer treatment for any reason, including medical unsuitability or risk factors.
2. Consultation and Informed Consent
All clients are required to undergo a consultation prior to treatment. During this time:
A full medical history will be taken to determine your eligibility.
Risks, benefits, and expected outcomes will be explained.
Written consent will be obtained before any treatment is administered.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information. Failure to disclose medical conditions, medications, or previous treatments may result in cancellation or adverse outcomes.
3. Booking Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments can be made online or via phone.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Repeat cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of treatment.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical treatments:
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, unsatisfactory results, or non-attendance.
If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. We will assess and offer follow-up treatment if required.
If a treatment cannot proceed due to medical reasons, a credit may be issued at our discretion.
7. Aftercare and Follow-Up
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided post-treatment.
A complimentary follow-up appointment may be offered for certain treatments.
Additional product or top-up treatments may incur further cost and are not included unless specifically stated.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy:
Your medical and personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
Your details will not be shared with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.
9. Infectious Diseases Policy
If you are unwell, have flu-like symptoms, or have been exposed to infectious disease, please contact us to reschedule.
We adhere to strict hygiene and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from treatment.
Clients assume responsibility for risks associated with aesthetic treatments once informed consent is given.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
